On May 7, 2023, at 10:39 A.M., Troopers out of SP Olean responded to a two-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle on Buffalo Road in the town of Allegany.
Investigation determined that a 2019 Harley Davidson was traveling northbound on Buffalo Road failed to negotiate the curve, crossing into the oncoming lane and stuck a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado head on.
The operator of the Harley Davidson, Razvan Tuduc, 21 of North Collins, NY was pronounced deceased at the scene. The occupants in the Chevrolet were not injured. Cattaraugus County Medical Examiners office will perform an autopsy.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Collision Reconstruction Unit assisted in this investigation.
