On April 5, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested George S. Herold, 64 of Java, NY for driving while intoxicated and unregistered motor vehicle.
On April 5, 2023, Troopers stopped Herold on Welch Rd for an expired registration. Herold was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing Herold recorded a .08% BAC.
Herold was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Java court for May 17, 2023.
