On April 26, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Angelica R. Kester., 30, of Elma, NY, for Assault 3rd.
Troopers investigated a domestic incident on Bullis Road, in the town of Elma. Troopers determined that the suspect, Angelica R. Kester was responsible for causing injury to the victim. Kester was arrested and processed at SP Elma. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Elma court at a later date.
