On April 21, 2023 at 5:55 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested David C. Dodd, 34 of Lockport NY for Driving while Ability Impaired Drugs and other traffic violations.
On April 21, 2023, Troopers stopped Dodd on South Transit Road in the town of Lockport for multiple traffic infractions. While interviewing Dodd, he exhibited indicators of drug impairment. Dodd was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs. Dodd was transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Dodd was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Lockport court for a later date in May 2023.
