On April 16, 2023, Troopers out of SP Alden arrested Raymond M. Burkard 72, of Akron, NY for driving while intoxicated.
On April 16, 2023, Troopers responded to a vehicle parked in the middle of the parking lot blocking the garage door bays of the Mill Grove Fire Department on Genesee Street in the town of Alden. Burkard was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Alden for processing. Burkard recorded a .15% BAC.
Burkard was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Alden court for May 2, 2023.
