Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Sheriff Filicetti announces the arrest of Jamie P. Belstadt, 45 of North Tonawanda, NY, on April 11, 2023.
Belstadt has been indicted on the follow charges:
- Three counts of criminal possession of a controlled Substance 3rd
- Two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th
- Criminally using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th
Belstadt was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
