On April 9, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Elijah King III., 47, of Arcade, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on State Route 78 in the town of Java, King was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined King had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. King had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where he refused to submit a chemical test. King was released with appearance tickets for the town of Java court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
