On April 7, 2023, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Adam J. Erney, 23 of Hamburg, NY for driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation 2nd degree.
On April 7, 2023, Troopers stopped Erney on Clinton Street in the town of Elma for a traffic violation. Erney was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Erney recorded a .12% BAC.
Erney was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma court for April 20, 2023.
