On April 4, 2023 at 11:00 am, Troopers out of SP Niagara arrested Ivette A. DeJesus, 21 of Syracuse, NY for Petit Larceny.
On March 31, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to Marshalls on Military Road in the town of Niagara for a larceny complaint. Troopers worked with Marshalls loss prevention, and it was found that DeJesus took merchandise and concealed it, passing all points of purchase without paying. DeJesus was located on a later date and transported to SP Lockport for processing.
DeJesus was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Niagara court for a later date in April 2023.
