On April 4, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Guy J. Lambert., 60, of Grand Island, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on Interstate 290 in the town of Tonawanda, Lambert was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Lambert had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Lambert had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where he refused to submit a chemical test. Lambert was released with appearance tickets for the town of Tonawanda court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
