On March 20, 2023 at 3:17 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Dale W. Skates, 23 of Middleport, NY for Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd.
On March 20, 2023 Troopers responded to a 911 report of a domestic disturbance at Rochester Road, village of Middleport. Further investigation revealed that Skates and the victim got into a verbal argument, and it escalated into a physical altercation. Ultimately, Skates struck the victim and damaged a remote control during the altercation. Skates was arrested and transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Skates was transported to the Niagara Country Jail for centralized arraignment.
