TORONTO — Down 2-0 halfway through the second period, the Buffalo Sabres regrouped, scored some goals and went home with a 4-3 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Alex Tuch scored his 29th and 30th of the season for Buffalo, while Jack Quinn netted his 13th and Dylan Cozens scored his 26th in the win.

Leafs’ goals came from Auston Matthews, Calle Jarnkrok and William Nylander.

The Sabres improve to 33-28-5 with the win and head to Washington to take on the Capitols on Wednesday.
