On March 2, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Michael L. Lepage., 38, of Depew, NY, for felony Driving While Intoxicated-Previous Conviction Within Ten Years.
During a traffic stop on Borden Road in the town of Cheektowaga, Lepage was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Lepage had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Lepage had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and processed at SP Elma, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15% BAC. Lepage was released with appearance tickets for the town of Cheektowaga court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
