On March 1, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Philip H. Dubois, 55 of Buffalo, NY for driving while intoxicated.
On March 1, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to two car personal injury accident on Main Street at Transit Rd. in the town of Clarence. Dubois was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s. Dubois refused to give a blood sample to determine his blood alcohol content Dubois was taken to ECMC for an evaluation.
Dubois was issued traffic tickets returnable in the town of Clarence court.
