On February 26, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Jessica L. Mann., 37, of Elma, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Pound Road in the town of Elma. During the interview, Mann was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Mann had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. She was arrested, transported and processed at SP Elma, where she refused to submit a chemical test. Mann was released with appearance tickets for the town of Elma court, where she is due to appear at a later date.
