On February 24, 2023, at 10:54 pm, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Rory A. Farkas, 23 of N. Tonawanda, NY for driving while intoxicated and unregistered motor vehicle.
On February 24, 2023, Troopers stopped Farkas on Borden Rd. in the town of West Seneca for a vehicle traffic law violation. Farkas was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing.
Farkas was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of West Seneca court for March 2023.
