On February 21, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested John M. Schubert., 69, of Marilla, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Clinton Street in the town of Marilla. During the interview, Schubert was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Schubert had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Schubert had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Elma, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.16% BAC. Schubert was released with appearance tickets for the town of Marilla court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
