On February 19, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Albert P. Knorr., 47, of Dalton, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by combined Drugs and Alcohol.
Troopers responded to a disabled vehicle on State Route 19A, in the town of Genesee Falls. During the interview with operator Knorr, he was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Knorr had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Knorr had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Warsaw Police Department. Knorr was released with appearance tickets for the town of Genesee Falls court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
