On February 12, 2023 at 3:07 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Joseph Morgante, 37 of Lockport, NY for Petit Larceny.
On February 12, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to Wal Mart on South Transit Road in the town of Lockport for a larceny complaint. Troopers worked with Wal Mart loss prevention, and it was found that Morgante took merchandise and concealed it, passing all points of purchase without paying. Morgante turned himself in on a later date.
Morgante was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Lockport court for a later date in March 2023.
