On February 10, 2023 at 8:20 am, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Murphy J. Incardona, 33 of Newfane, NY for Driving while Ability Impaired Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
On February 10, 2023, Troopers responded to Tops on South Transit Road in the town of Lockport for a reported welfare check complaint. Troopers located Incardona slumped over the wheel in his vehicle while it was running and were able to get his attention on scene. While interviewing Incardona, he exhibited indicators of drug impairment. Incardona was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs. Additionally, further investigation revealed Incardona in possession of narcotics. Incardona was transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Incardona was transported to the Niagara County Jail for centralized arraignment
