LOCKPORT – Sheriff Michael Filicetti announces the arrest of 55-year old, Dawn Miceli, on one count of Attempted Grand Larceny 2nd following an investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Bureau.
The investigation revealed that Miceli attempted to steal approximately $75,000.00 from a previous employer. Miceli was arraigned through CAP court and released on her own recognizance.
