On January 9, 2023 at 4:17 pm, Troopers out of SP Niagara arrested Juan T. Jenkins, 23 of Buffalo, NY for Driving while Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated with a Child, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On January 9, 2023, Troopers responded to Interstate 190 in the city of Niagara Falls for a reported property damage accident. While interviewing Jenkins, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Additionally, Jenkins had a juvenile passenger in the motor vehicle. Jenkins was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Niagara for processing. Jenkins recorded a 0.30% BAC.
Jenkins was issued traffic tickets and an appearance ticket returnable to the city of Niagara Falls court for a later date in January 2023.
