On December 24, 2022, Troopers out of SP Olean arrested Denise M. See, 33 of Hinsdale, NY for Driving while Ability Impaired by Drugs and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On December 24, 2022, Troopers responded to a report of a female passed out at the wheel at the intersection of Pennsylvania Rd and Fay Hollow Rd in the town of Hinsdale. Troopers made contact with the female who identified herself as See. While interviewing See, drug paraphernalia was observed in the vehicle and See exhibited indicators of drug impairment. After failing SFSTs, See was placed under arrest for DWAI-Drugs and processed at SP Olean.
See refused to submit to a chemical test of her blood and was arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court where she was released under supervision. See is due back in court at a later date in January2023.
