On December 15, 2022, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of SP Collins arrested Vitus D. Bourkney, 23 of Brant, NY for Sexual Abuse, 3rd degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
On September 28, 2022, Troopers out of SP Collins responded to a report of a possible sex abuse in the town of Brant. Investigation determined that Bourkney had inappropriate sexual contact with a 16-year-old victim. Bourkney was arrested and processed at SP Collins. Bourkney was arraigned in the town of Brant Court.
