Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz has just reported that the resulting deaths from the blizzard is now at least a dozen.
Earlier today, Poloncarz had reported that there were seven deaths in Erie County. There was also a carbon monoxide poisoning death in Niagara County. There have been four more deaths reported since then.
