On December 12, 2022, Troopers out of SP Alden arrested Joey R. Tatro 28, of Attica, NY for criminal mischief 4th disable equipment to prevent request for emergency assistance, criminal intent damage property and assault 3rd causing physical injury.
On December 12, 2022, Troopers responded to a domestic incident in the town of Alden. Tatro was arrested for preventing the injured victim from calling 911, destroying property and causing physical injury to the victim. Tatro was transported to SP Alden for processing and arraigned in the town of Alden court in where an order of protection was issued to the victim.
Tatro is to return to the town of Alden court for December 27, 2022.
