On December 9, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Alan M. Joseph, 38 of Wyoming, NY for driving while intoxicated, previous conviction with in 10 years and failed to keep right.
On December 9,2022, Troopers responded to a vehicle in the ditch on east Middlebury Rd. in the town of Middlebury. Joseph was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
Joseph was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Middlebury court for January 2023.
