On December 7, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Brooke F. Howe., 37, of Bennington, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Church Road in the town of Bennington. During the interview, Howe was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Howe had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. She was arrested, transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where she refused to submit a chemical test. Howe was released with appearance tickets for the town of Bennington court, where she is due to appear at a later date.
