On November 28, 2022, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Ashley M. Wolff, 32 of East Aurora, NY for driving while intoxicated and moved from lane unsafely.
On November 28, 2022, Troopers responded to a one car accident on SR 400 north of Jamison Rd in the town of Elma with injuries. Wolff was located off the right shoulder in an earth embankment. Wolff was in the vehicle. Wolff declined medical treatment initially. Wolff was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s. Wolff agreed to get medical treatment and was transported to the Mercy Ambulatory center by ambulance. Wolff submitted to blood specimen to determine the blood alcohol content. Wolff was issued traffic tickets and is to respond to SP Elma later for processing.
