On August 16, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Zachary J. Glaus, 33 of Sheldon, NY for driving while intoxicated (E-felony) previous conviction within 10 years.
On August 16, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw were dispatched to motorcycle accident on SR 20A in the town of Sheldon. Glaus was located underneath the motorcycle. Glaus was not injured. Glaus was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Glaus refused to give a breath sample.
Glaus was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Sheldon court for October 2022.
