On July 25, 2022, SP Batavia Troopers arrested Joshua D. Quaintance, 33 of Byron, NY for Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree.
On July 17, 2022, Troopers investigating a trespass complaint to a residence at an address on Buffalo Street in the town of Bergen determined Quiantance entered the victim’s residence without permission.
On July 25, 2022, Quaintance was placed under arrest, processed at SP Batavia, and then arraigned in the Stafford Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. Quiantance is due to appear in the Bergen Town Court in August.
