On July 14th, 2022, SP Albion Troopers arrested Kylie Biddle, 29, of Clarendon, NY for Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the first degree and Welfare Fraud in the third degree.
SP Albion Troopers investigated a welfare case from the Orleans County Department of Social Services. It was determined that Biddle had failed to report the entire household income on multiple occasions when applying for benefits. Biddle was arrested and processed at SP Albion.
Biddle was issued an appearance ticket for the town of Albion court, where she is to appear in July 2022.
