On April 19, 2022, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Michelle C. Gallo., 48, of Williamsville, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a disabled vehicle on the west bound ramp of Sheridan Drive, in the town of Clarence. While interviewing the operator, Gallo was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Gallo had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Gallo had failed standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested, transported and processed at SP Clarence, where he refused to submit a chemical test. Gallo was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court, where she is due to appear at a later date.
