On April 14, 2022, SP Boston Troopers arrested Jon M. Hillebert., 42, of Dayton, NY, and Jim W. Morgan., 39, of Clarence NY, for Criminal Mischief 3rd, Endangering the welfare of a child 2nd and Harassment 2nd.
Troopers investigating a report of an altercation on Partridge Road in the town of Colden determined Jon Hillebert had recklessly caused damage to a vehicle when a verbal argument turned physical. Hillebert was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for the town of Colden court, where he is due to appear at a later date. An order of protection was issued to the victim.
