LOCKPORT — The Palace Theatre will play host to the Rustic Buffalo Artisan Market’s Spring Sip and Shop on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Organizers call it “the largest holiday shopping event in Niagara County at Lockport’s breathtaking Palace Theatre!”
Having recently undergone a multi-million-dollar renovation, the theatre can comfortably accommodate thousands of guests as they browse over 120 of Rustic Buffalo’s local artisans. Smooth jazz and acoustic music will serve as the soundtrack for the shopping event and patrons are invited to enjoy a variety of wine and beers during the event. Children are welcome — but they can’t drink the wine or beer, of course.
A 50/50 raffle basket raffle and a Gift Card Tree will support ongoing Palace refurbishments.
“Last Year’s Sip and Shop promoted by Rustic Buffalo was extravagant and well worth the fun,” co-owner Scott DeMott said. “It was not only successful for the Palace but for local businesses surrounding the theatre with the thousands of people that flocked to Lockport’s Historic gem.”
A $5 admission fee will be taken, and these proceeds will also be donated directly to the Historic Palace Theatre. In turn, guests will receive $5.00 OFF their purchase of $25.00 or more.
