On March 19,2022 at 11:55 pm Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Hunter D. Kennedy 24 of West Seneca, NY for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and speeding.
On March 19, 2022, Troopers out of SP Elma stopped Kennedy on Transit Rd in the town of Elma for speeding. Kennedy was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Kennedy recorded a .22 % BAC.
Kennedy was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma court for March 31, 2022.
