On March 8th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Shamir Nagle, 19, of Erie, PA, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Nagle was pulled over on I-86 in Stow for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Nagle was placed under arrest. Nagle was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of cannabis. Nagle provided a blood sample at UPMC Chautauqua and was later processed at SP Jamestown. Nagle was released with traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court next month.
