On February 27, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Brenden T. Shaw., 21, of Sheldon, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a vehicle off the roadway on State Route 20A, town of Orangeville. During the interview, Shaw was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Shaw had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Shaw had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.13% BAC. Shaw was released with appearance tickets for the town of Orangeville court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
