On February 17, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Michael F. Head., 46, of Buffalo, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to Geise Rd in the town of Bennington to check the welfare of a man on the side of the road. Head was located and along with his vehicle. During the interview, Head was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Head had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Head had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.20% BAC. Head was released with appearance tickets for the town of Attica court for February 2022.
