On February 18th, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Luis Rodriguez, 31, of Dunkirk, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Rodriguez was pulled over on Route 60 in Sinclairville for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Rodriguez was placed under arrest. Rodriguez was transported to SP Fredonia where he provided a breath sample of .10. Rodriguez was then processed, issued tickets and released. Rodriguez is scheduled to appear in the town of Charlotte Court next month.
