On February 7, 2022, at 1:51 pm, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Benjamin W. Lambert 45 of Attica, NY for driving while intoxicated, 2 counts of aggravated DWI Leandra’s law felony charge, move from lane unsafely and refusal to submit to a breath test.
On February 7, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw were dispatched to a vehicle in the ditch located on SR 98 in the town of Attica. Lambert was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Lambert was reprimanded to Wyoming County Jail on no bail.
Lambert has a court date in the town of Attica for February 21, 2022.
