HUME — On January 6, 2022, SP Amity Troopers arrested Paul R. Carnevale, 57, of Hamburg, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of State Route 19A and Dugway Road in the town of Hume. During the interview with operator Paul R. Carnevale, he exhibited signs of impairment. Carnevale failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and processed at SP Fillmore, where he refused to submit a chemical breath test.
Carnevale was issued traffic tickets for Hume town court where he is to appear in February 2022.
