On February 5, 2022, Austin Pleace, 24, of Delevan was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd while driving in the Village of Delevan.
SP Machias Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Pleace, whose license is suspended. Pleace was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and was taken into custody. Pleace was transported to SP Machias for processing and released on appearance tickets.
Pleace is due in Yorkshire town court in March.
