On January 29, 2022, SP Amity Troopers arrested Garette H. McCutcheon, 22, of Richburg, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on County Road 34 in the town of Wirt. During the interview with operator McCutcheon, he exhibited signs of impairment. McCutcheon failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and processed at SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.14% BAC.
McCutcheon was issued traffic tickets for Wirt town court where he is to appear in February 2022.
