On January 29, 2022, at 1:30 pm, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Danielle N. Szymczak, 33 of East Aurora for driving while intoxicated felony charge for prior conviction, refusal to submit to a chemical test and speeding.
On January 29, 2022, Troopers stopped Szymczak on Porterville rd. in the town of Marilla for speeding. Szymczak was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Szymczak refused to submit to a chemical test. Szymczak was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma court on a later date.
