On January 28, 2022, at 3:45 pm Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Joshua C. Miller, 28 of Tonawanda for criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia and speeding after being pulled over for speeding.
On January 28, 2022, Troopers stopped Miller on the I 290 town of Tonawanda for speeding. Miller had an active arrest warrant as well. Miller was transported to Grand Island processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Tonawanda court for February 10, 2022.
Miller was then turned over to the Tonawanda Police Department for arraignment on charges.
