On January 25, 2022, at 7:36 pm, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Harold P. Gage, 78 of LeRoy, NY for driving while intoxicates, failed to keep right and drinking alcohol in the vehicle.
On January 25, 2022, Troopers responded to a vehicle in the ditch on South Rd in the town of Covington. Gage was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Gage recorded .14% BAC.
Gage was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Covington court for February 28, 2022.
