On January 22nd, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Vicki Nephew, 58, of Irving, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Nephew was pulled over on Route 438 in Irving for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Nephew was placed under arrest. Nephew was transported to SP Collins for processing and afterward, transported to the town of Brant Court for arraignment. Nephew was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear in the town of Brant Court on a later date.
