On January 13, 2022 at 2:55 am, Troopers arrested Austin G. Mackay, 23 of Cheektowaga, NY for driving while intoxicated.
On January 13, 2022, Troopers stopped Reed on Genesee Street in the town of Cheektowaga for turning on red and not using signals when changing lanes. Mackay was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Mackay recorded a .11% BAC.
Mackay was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Cheektowaga court for February 2022.
