On January 6, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Eric A. Little, 39, of Carrollton, NY for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
During a traffic stop on N. Main St in the town of Carrollton, Troopers observed Eric A. Little exhibiting obvious signs of impairment and determined Little had been operating a motor vehicle while in an impaired condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Troopers discovered Little to be in possession of Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine.
Little was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
